  • Madagascar Vanilla (GF) - Our rich, aromatic vanilla starts with organic vanilla beans from Madagascar Africa, the gold standard source for vanilla. We meticulously split open the beans to scrap out the caviar, grind it with pure cane sugar and soak the beans overnight in our pure dairy mix. We also add pure vanilla extract and local honey.

  • Buttered Pecan (GF) - Irish cream butter is key to this unique spin on a highly beloved flavor. In-house we roast our pecans in it, we brown it to create "liquid gold" and combine these with pure organic madigascar vanilla and local honey.

  • Monster Duck - Kids love blue ice cream, so we knew we had to create something to treat our beloved customers while aligning with our mission of only serving wholesome, artificial-free ice cream. "Monster Duck" is our spin on cookie monster. It combines scratch-made cookie dough, pure semi-sweet chocolate chips (Enjoy Life: cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate & cocoa butter), wholesome creme sandwich cookies (Back to Nature), pure madagascar vanilla and is tinted blue with natural spirulina powder.

  • Chocolate (GF) - our milk chocolate ice cream is created with Guittard rouge red dutch cocoa powder

  • Coffee with Chocolate Stracciatella (GF) - Robust coffee beans combined with our pure dairy mix and ribbons of dark chocolate, an unforgettable melt in your mouth chocolate & coffee combination. p

  • Cookies & Cream - incorporating wholesome creme sandwich cookies (Back to Nature) and pure madagascar vanilla for an above average spin on a common loved ice cream flavor

  • Toasted Coconut (DF, GF) - we perfectly toast organic coconut and incorporate it in our coconut cream base - some love it more than a coconut cream pie

Celebrating Fall and Halloween:

  • Brown Buttered Pumpkin (GF) - Irish cream butter (Kerrygold grass-fed, no artificial flavors) is browned and then cooked with 100% pumpkin puree, brown sugar and spices to achieve an old-fashioned pumpkin pie flavor. We recommend letting us serve this for you with a dollop of our scratch-made whipped cream and fresh ground cinnamon.

  • Spiced Pumpkin (DF, GF) - our creamy coconut nondairy base is transformed with pumpkin puree and traditional pumpkin pie spices to create a fresh pumpkin delight.

  • Boo Duck (GF) - A marshmallow ice cream delight, both in flavor and texture, that Casper the friendly ghost would approve. We soak naturally flavored marshmallows in our premium dairy for at least two days. Adding miniature marshmallows on extraction.

  • Franken Duck (GF) - Our take on a Frankenstein ice cream, combining fresh mint flavor with dark chocolate stracciatella (melted Guittard chocolate) and premium gluten free chocolate chip cookies (Tate's Bake Shop). And we didn't forget Frankenstein's green complexion, which we create using organic 100% pure spirulina green algae powder.

  • Quackula - Our take on an ice cream for the Transylvanian vampire Count Dracula - darkest chocolate with a red vein. We use full-bodied black cocoa powder for the base and pull through all-natural ruby red chocolate. The rare Ruby cocoa bean is found in Brazil, Ecuador and the Ivory Coast. Ruby chocolate is naturally pink-hued with a distinct berry-like, tangy flavor.

  • Monster Duck - Our spin on the cookie monster. It combines scratch-made cookie dough, pure semi-sweet chocolate chips (Enjoy Life: cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate & cocoa butter), wholesome creme sandwich cookies (Back to Nature), pure Madagascar vanilla and is tinted blue with organic natural blue spirulina powder.

  • Geese's Peanut butter - We create one of our favorite Halloween candies - Reese's Peanut butter cups. We use all-natural peanut butter (just peanuts & salt) and pull through a melted milk chocolate "stracciatella".

Spirited Flavors

  • Buffalo Butt - Buffalo Trace bourbon is added to our made from scratch Butterscotch (butter, heavy cream, dark brown sugar, Maldon salt & Madagascar pure vanilla). Buffalo Trace Distillery, on the banks of the Kentucky River, has been making bourbon whiskey for more than 200 years. This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.

  • Cherry Amore'- we start with dark cherries and add Lazzaroni Italian Amaretto. Then take it to the next level with a pulled through dark chocolate "stracciatella" that melts in your mouth. Lazzaroni Amaretto, the Authentic Amaretto since 1851, still produced and bottled in Saronno, Italy. Made from the infusion in alcohol of the famous cookies "Amaretti del Chiostro".

  • Irish Coffee - We craft a robust coffee ice cream and enhance it with the Original Bailey's Irish Whiskey. Bailey's blends Irish whiskey and spirits with Irish dairy cream and a touch of rich chocolate and vanilla flavors. It's your favorite adult coffee in a cone!

  • Dragon fruit Sorbet (DF, GF) - We use the red dragon fruit with it's magenta colored flesh that is generally sweeter than the white variety. And wow the color is amazing!

Our waffle cones are made throughout the day from scratch, in the shop with love. Ensuring we know exactly what is in our cones to avoid unhealthy, artificial ingredients, we make them from scratch. Using only the purist ingredients, simply: butter, heavy cream, egg whites, cane sugar, unbleached flour, sea salt and pure Madagascar vanilla extract.

Come smell the goodness as you watch us make them. Try one hot off the iron. Fill with a scoop or two of ice cream, or on the side of a sampler board - Flock. Our cones are unique, and we hope you too will love them!

  • Hot Fudge (GF) - Our rich, made from scratch chewy fudge in a liquid form, using the finest ingredients (Guittard chocolate, Kerrygold butter).

  • Salted Carmel (GF) - Scratch made Caramel sauce made with organic cane sugar and Maldon sea salt.

  • Whipped Cream (GF) - Made from scratch daily with heavy whipped cream, powdered sugar and pure Vanilla extract.

  • Worms & Dirt Sundae - Our signature chocolate ice cream, is served with chocolate sandwich cookies and scratch made hot fudge and homemade whipped cream with an all-natural cherry and all-natural fruit gummy worm on top.

  • Campfire Sundae - Our Boo Duck marshmallow ice cream is served with baked graham crackers, scratch made hot fudge and a toasted marshmallow.

  • Butterbeer Float - A drink Harry Poter would approve, all natural butterbeer soda with Madagascar Vanilla ice cream.

  • Stout Float - A non-alcoholic Guinness beer is taken to the next level with our Chocolate or Madagascar Vanilla ice creams. Guinness 0 boasts a beautifully smooth taste, perfectly balanced favor and unique dark color, similar to Guinness Draught and brewed to be non-alcoholic.
