Madagascar Vanilla (GF) - Our rich, aromatic vanilla starts with organic vanilla beans from Madagascar Africa, the gold standard source for vanilla. We meticulously split open the beans to scrap out the caviar, grind it with pure cane sugar and soak the beans overnight in our pure dairy mix. We also add pure vanilla extract and local honey from Rock Creek Apiaries.
Chocolate (GF) - Our milk chocolate ice cream is created with Guittard rouge red dutch cocoa powder for a rich, deep flavor profile.
Cookies & Cream - incorporating wholesome creme sandwich cookies (Back to Nature) and pure madagascar vanilla for an above average spin on a commonly loved ice cream flavor
Buttered Pecan (GF) - Irish cream butter is key to this unique spin on a highly beloved flavor. In-house we roast our pecans in it, we brown it to create "liquid gold" and combine these with pure organic Madagascar vanilla and local Rock Creek Apiaries honey.
Strawberries & Cream (GF) - fresh strawberries are macerated in pure cane sugar & fresh squeezed lemon juice, then combined with pure vanilla to bring that fresh from the garden dessert you know and love.
Toasted Coconut (DF, GF) - we perfectly toast organic coconut and incorporate it in our coconut cream base - some love it more than a coconut cream pie!

New Flavors & Special Tastes for Spring
All My Joy (DF, GF) - starting with a coconut cream base we add rich Guittard chocolate cocoa, coconut and almond slivers for a taste reminiscent of the Almond Joy candy bar.
Lavendar Latte - organic lavender flowers from France are soaked in dairy for over 8 hours, then combined with expresso to make a balanced ice cream flavor sure to please our lavender loving customers.
Lucky Duck - a clean mint ice cream with all natural thin mint chocolate cookies and colored green with natural green spirulina. If you love a thin mint girl scout cookie this ice cream is for you!
Dark Chocolate (GF) - Decadent chocolate flavor using a Guittard dark cocoa powder, dark chocolate mini chips (Enjoy Life), with a touch of expresso and vanilla.
Pineapple Sherbert (GF) - Pineapple marinated in coconut juice is combined with a splash of our 16% butterfat dairy for a refreshing & creamy treat.

Buffalo Butt - Buffalo Trace bourbon is added to our made from scratch Butterscotch (butter, heavy cream, dark brown sugar, Maldon salt & Madagascar pure vanilla). Buffalo Trace Distillery, on the banks of the Kentucky River, has been making bourbon whiskey for more than 200 years. This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.
Bourbon Coffee Pecan - Buffalo Trace bourbon is combined with our Irish cream toasted pecans and a robust coffee for a less sweet bourbon ice cream flavor.
Honey Bourbon - Buffalo Trace bourbon is combined with local honey from Rock Creek Apiaries for an off to the races Kentucky ice cream flavor.

Salted Carmel (GF) - Scratch made Caramel sauce made with organic cane sugar and Maldon sea salt.
Whipped Cream (GF) - Made from scratch daily with heavy whipped cream, powdered sugar and pure Vanilla extract.
Chocolate Whipped Cream (GF) - Made from scratch daily with heavy whipped cream, powdered sugar, pure Vanilla extract and Guittard chocolate rouge cocoa powder.
Black Forest Sundae - Super premium dark chocolate ice cream on a bed of all natural chocolate cookies topped with our scratch made rich hot fudge and whipped cream, with an all-natural cherry and a gummy bears (all natural ingredients).
Pecan Caramel Sundae - Super premium Madagascar vanilla ice cream on a bed toasted pecans (toasted on site with Irish Kerry gold butter & kosher salt) topped with our scratch made salted caramel and whipped cream, with an all-natural cherry. Our version of a "turtle sundae".
Salted Caramel Sundae - Super premium Madagascar vanilla ice cream on a bed of pretzels and/ or peanuts topped with our scratch made salted caramel and whipped cream, with an all-natural cherry.
BYO Sundae - Your choice. Choose from our Super premium ice cream flavors on a bed of pretzels, cookies and/ or nuts topped with our scratch made salted caramel or hot fudge and whipped cream, with sprinkles, candy gummies, toasted coconut and an all-natural cherry on top.
Root beer Float - Virgils all natural root beer is taken to the next level with our super premium Madagascar Vanilla ice creams.
Stout Float - A non-alcoholic Guinness beer is taken to the next level with our Chocolate or Madagascar Vanilla ice creams. Guinness 0 boasts a beautifully smooth taste, perfectly balanced favor and unique dark color, similar to Guinness Draught and brewed to be non-alcoholic.
Mucky Duck - Iced coffee blended with super premium Madagascar vanilla ice cream, dressed in scratch-made hot fudge, whipped cream and an all-natural cherry.
Our waffle cones are made throughout the day from scratch, in the shop with love. Ensuring we know exactly what is in our cones to avoid unhealthy, artificial ingredients, we make them from scratch. Using only the purist ingredients, simply: butter, heavy cream, egg whites, cane sugar, unbleached flour, sea salt and pure Madagascar vanilla extract.
Come smell the goodness as you watch us make them. Try one hot off the iron. Fill with a scoop or two of ice cream, or on the side of a sampler board - Flock. Our cones are unique, and we hope you too will love them!
