Ice Cream Flavors, include:

• Madagascar Vanilla (GF) - Our rich, aromatic vanilla starts with organic vanilla beans from Madagascar Africa, the gold standard source for vanilla. We meticulously split open the beans to scrap out the caviar, grind it with pure cane sugar and soak the beans overnight in our pure dairy mix. We also add pure vanilla extract and local honey.

• Buttered Pecan (GF) - Irish cream butter is key to this unique spin on a highly beloved flavor. In-house we roast our pecans in it, we brown it to create "liquid gold" and combine these with pure organic madigascar vanilla and local honey.

• Monster Duck - Kids love blue ice cream, so we knew we had to create something to treat our beloved customers while aligning with our mission of only serving wholesome, artificial-free ice cream. "Monster Duck" is our spin on cookie monster. It combines scratch-made cookie dough, pure semi-sweet chocolate chips (Enjoy Life: cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate & cocoa butter), wholesome creme sandwich cookies (Back to Nature), pure madagascar vanilla and is tinted blue with natural spirulina powder.

• Chocolate (GF) - our milk chocolate ice cream is created with Guittard rouge red dutch cocoa powder

• Hazelnut Rocher - Nutella hazelnut spread, Guittard cocoa powder and Ferrero Rocher chocolates make this a decadent rich chocolate with a hazelnut crunch

• Coconut Fudge (DF, GF) - homemade dark chocolate fudge brings chewy goodness to this creamy coconut base enhanced with toasted coconut flakes

• Strawberries & Cream (GF) - fresh strawberries are macerated in pure cane sugar & fresh squeezed lemon juice, then combined with pure vanilla to bring that fresh from the garden dessert you know and love.

• Mint with Chocolate Stracciatella (GF) - Organic peppermint oil is used to create a clean mint ice cream base which we then stretch through it melted dark Guittard chocolate (72% cocoa), an Italian gelato technique, that results in a rich chocolate that melts in your mouth.

• Coffee with Chocolate Stracciatella (GF) - Robust coffee beans combined with our pure dairy mix and ribbons of dark chocolate, an unforgettable melt in your mouth chocolate & coffee combination. p

• Key Lime Pie - a Florida favorite starting with fresh key lime juice and folding in a made from scratch grahm cracker crust, it's both tart and sweet

• Cookies & Cream - incorporating wholesome creme sandwich cookies (Back to Nature) and pure madagascar vanilla for an above average spin on a common loved ice cream flavor

• Lemon Cookie - fresh squeezed lemon juice & zest is added to our 16% butterfat dairy base, folding in Tate's bake shop gluten free lemon cookies for a delicious chewy crunch

• Sir Quacksly's Biscuit - scratch made butterscotch (butter, heavy cream, dark brown sugar, Maldon salt & Madagascar pure vanilla).is combined with original, natural Biscoff cookies for a unique combination of flavors.

• Blueberry Crunch (DF) - fresh blueberries folded into our coconut cream ice cream sprinkled with whole grain grape-nut cereal and hand scrapped Indonesian cinnamon sticks.

• Lemon Cake (DF) - fresh squeezed lemon juice & zest is added to our creamy coconut ice cream and a made from scratch lemon cake is folded in.

• Almond Joy (DF, GF) - starting with a coconut cream base we add rich Guittard chocolate cocoa, coconut and almond slivers for a taste reminisent of the Almond Joy candy bar.

• Toasted Coconut (DF, GF) - we perfectly toast organic coconut and incorporate it in our coconut cream base - some love it more than a coconut cream pie

• Dark Chocolate (DF, GF) - we transform our creamy coconut base into a decadant chocolate using a black cocoa powder, dark chocolate, expresso and vanilla

• Banana Chocolate Chip (GF) - loaded with fresh ripe bananas and dark miniture chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)

• Buffalo Butt - Buffalo Trace bourbon is added to our made from scratch Butterscotch (butter, heavy cream, dark brown sugar, Maldon salt & Madagascar pure vanilla).

• Cherry Amore'- we start with dark cherries and add Lazzaro Italian Amaretto, taking it to the next level with a pulled through melted dark chocolate "stracciatella" that melts in your mouth

• Irish Coffee - our robust coffee ice cream is enhanced with Bailey's Irish Whiskey, your favorite adult coffee in a cone!

WAFFLE CONES

Our waffle cones are made throughout the day from scratch, in the shop with love. Ensuring we know exactly what is in our cones to avoid unhealthy, artificial ingredients, we make them from scratch. Using only the purist ingredients, simply: butter, heavy cream, egg whites, cane sugar, unbleached flour, sea salt and pure Madagascar vanilla extract.

Come smell the goodness as you watch us make them. Try one hot off the iron. Fill with a scoop or two of ice cream, or on the side of a sampler board - Flock. Our cones are unique, and we hope you too will love them!

Please note we do our best to ensure no cross contamination and select allergen free ingredients whenever possible, however we do make on site some products containing milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.
